They have designed systems that will enable them begin to commit to solving identified ICT problems around them. They are emerging market leaders who are giving the sector leaders a run for their money. This category of members need all the help to validate their decision to invest in an ICT related cause. Their membership of AfICTF will give them access to leading organizations that have scaled their efforts in solving ICT challenges across the continent. They will get advisory services at moderated fees to help build and support their structure. They come from all sectors of the economy and are have demonstrated capacity to be involved in bespoke and joint causes that achieves the objectives of AfICTF.

This category is designed for organizations with interest in African ICT challenges but are not yet established enough in their sectors to commit resources in a large scale. They desire to build systems that can aid their aspirations but they do not possess the capacity at the moment. They are in dire need of direction and support to accomplish their objectives. They will be participating in the joint tasks of the AfICTF as affiliates and will get advisory services at a fee.
